Afigya Kwabre North District is one of the 43 districts in the Ashanti Region of Ghana. It lies in the northern part of the region, with Boamang as its capital town. The district covers about 268.2 square kilometers (103.6 square miles) and has a population of around 73,330 people (2021), giving a population density of about 273 people per square kilometer. It operates in the GMT time zone (UTC+0).

The district was created on 15 March 2018 when the northern part of the larger Afigya-Kwabre District was split off to form Afigya Kwabre North District, while the remaining area became Afigya Kwabre South District. Coordinates: 6°57′N 1°37′W (approximately 6.95°N, 1.62°W).
