Adrián Guľa (born 29 June 1975) is a Slovak football manager and former player who currently manages Riga in Latvia. He was born in Nováky, Czechoslovakia, and played for several clubs, including Opava, Jablonec, Púchov, Viktoria Žižkov and Inter Bratislava.

Guľa began his managerial career with AS Trenčín (2009–2013) and then led Žilina from 2013 to 2018. In 2018 he became Slovakia’s under-21 national team coach. After leaving the U21s in 2019, he became Viktoria Plzeň’s manager from January 2020 to May 2021. He took over Wisła Kraków in June 2021 but was dismissed in February 2022 after a limited run of wins. In June 2024 he joined Apollon Limassol, and in 2025 he was appointed manager of Riga.
