250 West Pratt Street
250 West Pratt Street is a 360-foot (110-meter) high-rise office building in downtown Baltimore, Maryland. It has 24 floors and was completed in 1986, designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP. The building was originally developed for Cabot, Cabot & Forbes and is a prominent part of Baltimore’s central business district, easily visible from Oriole Park at Camden Yards.
In early 2015, Pandora Jewelry moved about 600 employees and its Americas regional headquarters to the building. As part of a ten-year lease, Pandora’s logo was planned to be added to the exterior, visible from the street and Camden Yards.
In May 2023, the law firm Semmes, Bowen & Semmes, P.C. began occupying two floors in the building, marking the first time since 2008 that they had returned after previously being one of the building’s original tenants. The firm now uses a large portion of the space that had been Pandora’s Americas headquarters.
