The 2024 Women's Hockey One was the fourth season of Hockey Australia’s national league. The competition ran from 11 October to 1 December, with finals weekend in Hobart from 30 November to 1 December. It was played across seven states and territories, using nine venues in nine host cities.

Format and teams
- 7 teams competed (Northern Territory did not have a team).
- Teams played a pool of home and away matches, then a classification round.
- The top four teams progressed to semi-finals, followed by a final and a third-place match.

- Champions: Perth Thundersticks (their first title)
- Runners-up: Brisbane Blaze
- Third place: NSW Pride
