2024 Men's Junior Pan American Championship

The 2024 Men's Junior Pan American Championship was the 14th edition of the under-21 men’s field hockey championship for the Americas. It took place in Surrey, British Columbia, Canada, from July 3 to July 12, 2024, at Tamanawis Park, with six teams from one confederation competing.

Argentina were the defending champions and again won the title, defeating hosts Canada 10–0 in the final to claim their 13th championship. Chile won bronze after beating the United States 3–2 in a shoot-out following a 1–1 draw.

This tournament also served as a direct qualifier for the 2025 Junior World Cup, with the top three teams—Argentina, Canada and Chile—earning spots. It was also a qualifier for the 2025 Junior Pan American Games for the top five teams.
