The 2023 Dunlop Super2 & Super3 Series were Australian motor racing events for Supercars, serving as the second and third tiers of the sport as a support package. It marked the 24th running of the Supercars Development Series (Super2) and the 16th running of the Super3 Series. This year also saw the Super2 class race with Gen2 cars (Holden Commodore ZB and Ford Mustang GT) while Super3 used older Project Blueprint and Car of the Future vehicles.

Kai Allen won the Super2 title driving a Holden ZB Commodore, while Jobe Stewart won the Super3 title in a Holden VF Commodore.

There were several team and driver changes:
- Anderson Motorsport returned to Super2 after buying an ex-Dick Johnson Racing Mustang.
- Brema Group Racing switched to an ex-Tickford Racing Ford Mustang GT.
- Triple Eight Race Engineering left Super2 to focus on other programs.
- Blanchard Racing Team started a Super2 program in 2023 in preparation for a second Supercars car.
- Tickford Racing expanded to two cars in Super2.
- Matt Stone Racing left Super2 to focus on its Supercars program.
- Walkinshaw Andretti United relaunched a Super2 program with two Holden ZB Commodores, their first since 2012.
- MW Motorsport moved from Nissan Altimas to an ex-Tickford Ford Mustang GT.
- Matt Chahda Motorsport switched to an ex-Brad Jones Racing ZB Commodore.
- Kai Allen stayed with Eggleston Motorsport in Super2 after moving up from Super3, teaming with Cooper Murray and Jordyn Sinni.
- Aaron Cameron joined the series at Sandown in an ex-Grove Racing Ford Mustang.
- Aaron Love, a Porsche Carrera Cup Australia driver, joined Blanchard Racing Team as its first Super2 driver.
- Elly Morrow moved from Brad Jones Racing to Tickford Racing in Super2.
- 2022 Super3 champion Brad Vaughan made his Super2 debut with Tickford.
- Zach Bates moved from the Toyota 86 Racing Series to Walkinshaw Andretti United.
- Aaron Seton moved from Matt Stone Racing to Gommersall Motorsport.
- Cameron McLeod, grandson of 1987 Bathurst winner Peter McLeod, moved from Australian Formula Ford to Super3, driving a Nissan Altima L33.

Points were awarded at each event to drivers who completed at least 75% of the race distance and were still running at the finish, with at least 50% of the race distance completed for the result to count. The same points scale applied to both the Super2 and Super3 series.
