Manuel Enríquez Rosero
Manuel Mesías Enríquez Rosero (born 24 December 1958 in Cumbal, Nariño) is a Colombian lawyer and politician. He is a member of the Social Party of National Unity and has served in Colombia’s Congress since 2002. He was a Member of the Chamber of Representatives from 2002 to 2004 representing Nariño, then served as a Senator since 2006, temporarily replaced in 2004 by Julio César Bastidas Castillo. He has also been affiliated with the Civic People's Convergence. Enríquez Rosero earned a law degree from the Free University of Colombia and two master's degrees from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana: in International Affairs and in Public Administration.
