West Dolores River
The West Dolores River is a 35-mile-long tributary in southwestern Colorado. It starts northeast of Mount Wilson in the Lizard Head Wilderness, Dolores County. The river flows southwest and joins the Dolores River in Montezuma County, at an elevation of about 7,369 feet (2,246 meters). From there, its waters flow into the Dolores River, which eventually reaches the Colorado River.
