2022 U23 World Wrestling Championships – Women's freestyle 57 kg

The event took place in Pontevedra, Spain, at the Pontevedra Municipal Sports Hall, on October 20–21, 2022. Qualification rounds were held on October 19. Fourteen wrestlers from fourteen nations competed in this weight class (57 kg limit).

Competition format: It used a single-elimination tournament with a repechage to determine two bronze medals. The two finalists competed for gold and silver, while those who lost to the finalists entered the repechage for a chance at bronze.
