The 2021 Mosconi Cup, the 28th edition of the annual nine-ball pool team showdown between Europe and the United States, ran from December 7–10, 2021 at Alexandra Palace in London. It was sponsored by Cazoo and broadcast on Sky Sports in the UK and around the world.

Team Europe were defending champions, with Alex Lely as non-playing captain and Karl Boyes as vice-captain. Team USA was led by captain Jeremy Jones, with Shane Van Boening as playing vice-captain. Earl Strickland, set to play for the United States, had to withdraw after coming into close contact with a COVID-19 case on his flight to the UK, so Jones came out of retirement to join the players.

The event started evenly, with Europe and the USA tied 2–2 after the first session. In the second session, the USA won three of the first four matches to lead 5–3, but Europe fought back to end that session 5–4 in front. Europe then swept the third session, winning all five matches. The final match of that session featured a costly time foul by Jones in a safety duel with David Alcaide, allowing Alcaide to run out and give Europe a session whitewash.

Going into the final day, Europe led 9–5. They added two more wins to seal an 11–6 victory, giving Europe the overall series lead at 14–13 with one draw. Jayson Shaw was named Most Valuable Player, becoming only the third player in Mosconi Cup history to win MVP in two consecutive years.
