The 2019 B&L Transport 170 was a NASCAR Xfinity Series race held on August 10, 2019, at the Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course in Lexington, Ohio. The 2.26-mile road course was raced over 75 laps, totaling about 169 miles. It was the 21st race of the 2019 Xfinity Series season.

Austin Cindric of Team Penske won the pole with a lap of 84.231 seconds and dominated much of the race, leading 46 laps. He went on to win the race by about three seconds over Christopher Bell.

Stage 1 (20 laps) was won by Chase Briscoe after Cindric started on pole; there were cautions early including Ray Black Jr. stalling on lap 4 and Jack Hawksworth spinning on the frontstretch. On lap 28, Brandon Brown spun into a sand pit and got stuck.

Stage 2 (20 laps) was won by Jack Hawksworth in his first NASCAR start. A restart late in the race saw a collision where Chris Dyson hit Cole Custer, forcing Dyson out of the race. There was another multi-car incident on a later restart that damaged several cars when Justin Allgaier and Noah Gragson spun.

With 19 laps remaining, Scott Heckert crashed into the tire wall. In the final run, Briscoe, Regan Smith, and Will Rodgers stayed out while leaders pitted. Briscoe briefly led, but Cindric and Christopher Bell overtook him, and Cindric pulled away to win the race.
