The 2017 Singha Premiership Rugby Sevens Series was the eighth national sevens competition for the 12 Premiership clubs in the 2017–18 season. It was the first time since 2013 that Welsh Regions were not involved and it introduced a new format with all 12 teams playing at one venue over two days.

The event took place at Franklin's Gardens in Northampton on July 28–29, 2017. Twelve teams were split into four groups (A–D). In the group stage, each team played the others in its group. The group winners and runners-up moved to the quarter-finals, while the third-placed teams went to the bowl semi-finals.

From the knockout rounds, the quarter-final winners went to the cup semi-finals and the losers moved to the plate. The remaining four teams played in the bowl competition. The cup winner was crowned the series champion.

Finals day was on July 29 at Franklin's Gardens. The champions were Wasps 7s and the runners-up were Newcastle Falcons 7s, with a total of 25 matches played.
