The women's discus throw at the 2016 World U20 Championships took place at Zdzisław Krzyszkowiak Stadium in Bydgoszcz on July 19 and 21. In qualifying, a throw of 51.50 meters or more automatically reached the final, and at least the 12 best performers also advanced.
