The 2013 ARFU Women's Sevens Series was Asia Rugby’s main women’s rugby sevens competition for the year. It was held in two Asian cities: Pattaya, Thailand, and Pune, India.

Hosts and dates:
- Pattaya, Thailand: September 20–21, at the Institute of Physical Education Chonburi Campus Stadium
- Pune, India: November 9–10, in Pune

Format:
- 12 national teams competed
- Teams played pool rounds in Pattaya and Pune, followed by knockout rounds to decide final standings
