The 2012–13 Robert Morris Colonials men's basketball team represented Robert Morris University in the 2012–13 NCAA Division I season. Led by third-year head coach Andrew Toole, the Colonials played their home games at the Charles L. Sewall Center and were members of the Northeast Conference (NEC). They finished 24–11 overall, 14–4 in NEC play, earning the NEC regular-season championship. In the NEC tournament, they lost in the semifinals to Mount St. Mary’s. As regular-season champions who did not win the conference tournament, they earned an automatic bid to the 2013 NIT, where they hosted and defeated Kentucky in the first round before losing to Providence in the second round. Assistant coaches were Michael Byrnes, Matt Hahn, and Robby Pridgen.
