Konstantin Mikautadze (born 1 July 1991 in Sokhumi, Georgia) is a Georgian rugby union player who plays as a lock. He has played for French clubs Agen (2009–2010), Toulon (2010–2016), Montpellier (2016–2020), and Bayonne (from 2020).

Internationally, Mikautadze has represented Georgia since 2010, earning 77 caps and scoring 10 points. He has also played for the Barbarians, making two appearances. His Georgia debut came on 11 July 2010 against Scotland A in the IRB Nations Cup, and his Barbarians debut was on 28 May 2015 against Ireland.

He is 2.00 m tall and weighs 128 kg.
