Picardia eparches is a small moth in the Pterophoridae family. It belongs to the genus Picardia and was described by Meyrick in 1931. It has also been known as Pterophorus eparches. The species is found in Kenya and Uganda in East Africa. Its wingspan is about 20–25 mm. It is part of the tribe Oidaematophorini.
