2011–12 Rochdale A.F.C. season
Rochdale A.F.C.’s 2011–12 season was their 105th year in existence and their second in a row in League One. They played home games at Spotland Stadium in Rochdale, Greater Manchester, and were chaired by Chris Dunphy. During the season the team had several managers: Steve Eyre, then Chris Beech, and finally John Coleman.
Rochdale finished 24th in League One and were relegated to League Two. In cup competitions, they reached the first round of the FA Cup, the third round of the League Cup, and the third round of the Football League Trophy.
Ashley Grimes was the top scorer, with 8 goals in the league and 11 in all competitions. The season ran from 1 July 2011 to 30 June 2012.
