2008–09 Welsh Alliance League
2008–09 Welsh Alliance League, sponsored by design2print, was the 25th season of the league, which is at the third level of Welsh football. The league had 17 teams. Bethesda Athletic won the title and were promoted to the Cymru Alliance. This was Bethesda’s second consecutive championship, having also won in 2007–08. The season had 272 matches and 1,231 goals (about 4.53 per game). Before this season, Llanllyfni (Gwynedd League champions) and runners-up Barmouth & Dyffryn United were promoted to the Welsh Alliance League.
