Tanya Huebner is an Australian swimmer who competes in S6-classified events, with freestyle, butterfly and medley as her strokes. She swims for Melbourne Vicentre and began swimming at a very young age.

She represented Australia at the 2012 London and the 2016 Rio Paralympics. In 2011 she received a swimming scholarship at the Australian Institute of Sport. She also competed in the 2011 Pan Pacific Championships, where she won the 200 metres individual medley in the SM6 class.

At the 2015 IPC Swimming World Championships in Glasgow, she won gold as a heat swimmer in the Women’s 4×100 m Freestyle Relay 34pts and silver as a heat swimmer in the Women’s 4×100 m Medley Relay 34pts. Her individual results included fourth in the 100 m Breaststroke SB6, seventh in the Mixed 4×50 m Freestyle Relay 20pts, ninth in the 50 m Butterfly S6, and thirteenth in the 50 m Freestyle S6.

During the 2016 Rio Paralympics, she swam in the heats of the 50 m Butterfly S6 and did not reach the final. She finished fifth in the final of the 100 m Breaststroke SB6 and was part of the Australian team that finished sixth in the Mixed 4×50 m Freestyle Relay 20pts, alongside Rachael Watson, Tiffany Thomas Kane, Ahmed Kelly and Matthew Haanappel.
