Juanda Jaya is a Malaysian politician and former mufti who has served as the State Deputy Minister in the Premier's Department (Integrity and Ombudsman) of Sarawak since 4 January 2022. He is also the Member of the Sarawak State Legislative Assembly for Jemoreng, a position he has held since 7 May 2016. He belongs to Parti Pesaka Bumiputera Bersatu (PBB), a key part of the Gabungan Parti Sarawak (GPS) coalition; he was part of Barisan Nasional (BN) before 2018.

Born on 5 September 1972 in Sibu, Sarawak, Juanda is of Melanau descent. He served as the Mufti of Perlis from 2009 to 2014. He took a leave of absence in October 2009 to become a visiting scholar at Oxford University, staying until August 2010.

There were rumors in 2013 that he would contest a PKR seat in Kangar, but he denied the claim and did not run. In the 2016 Sarawak state election, he won the Jemoreng seat with a majority of 3,789 votes. He increased his majority to 5,012 votes in the 2021 election and was appointed to the Sarawak Cabinet as State Deputy Minister in late 2021, taking office in January 2022. He serves under Premier Abang Abdul Rahman Johari Abang Openg, with Minister John Sikie Tayai, succeeding Talip Zulpilip. His father is Jaya Mahli.
