2004 Michigan Democratic presidential caucuses were held on February 7, 2004, as part of the 2004 Democratic presidential primaries. A total of 128 pledged delegates were at stake for the Democratic National Convention. John Kerry, the frontrunner, won in a landslide, taking 84,818 votes (51.79%) and 93 delegates. Howard Dean finished second with 27,025 votes (16.50%) and 24 delegates. John Edwards received 21,905 votes (13.38%) and 4 delegates. Al Sharpton had 11,404 votes (6.96%) and 7 delegates. Wesley Clark had 10,955 votes (6.69%) and no delegates.
