2002 Qatar Open – Singles

The men's singles at the 2002 Qatar Open tennis championship was held in Doha from December 31, 2001, to January 6, 2002. The tournament drew 32 players from 17 countries and was played over five rounds. Younes El Aynaoui of Morocco won the title, defeating Félix Mantilla of Spain in the final, 4–6, 6–2, 6–2. The defending champion, Marcelo Ríos, did not compete. The event had a 32-player draw with 8 seeded players.
