2000 SEAT Open – Doubles: Alexandra Fusai and Nathalie Tauziat won the title, defeating Lubomira Bacheva and Cristina Torrens Valero 6–3, 7–6(7–0) in the final. The defending champions were Irina Spîrlea and Caroline Vis, but Spîrlea did not compete that year. Vis teamed with Cătălina Cristea and lost in the first round to Bacheva and Torrens Valero. The doubles draw featured 16 teams with four seeded pairs.
