1999 Daehan Fire Insurance Cup (Supplementary Cup)
The 1999 Daehan Fire Insurance Cup, the eleventh Korean League Cup and one of two held that year, took place in South Korea from 31 March to 23 May with 10 teams. Suwon Samsung Bluewings won their first title, defeating Busan Daewoo Royals 2–1 on aggregate in the final. Across 44 matches, 116 goals were scored (about 2.64 per match). The top scorers were Kim Jong-kun and Ahn Jung-hwan, each with six goals.
