1994–95 League of Ireland Premier Division

The 1994–95 League of Ireland Premier Division was the 10th season of the top flight, featuring 12 clubs. Dundalk F.C. won the title, earning their 9th league crown. Cobh Ramblers and Monaghan United were relegated. The league used a format where each team played the others three times, for a total of three rounds.

Athlone Town finished 10th and faced Finn Harps, the third-placed team from the First Division, in a promotion/relegation playoff. Athlone Town won 5–3 on penalties and stayed in the Premier Division.

In European competition, Dundalk F.C. and Shelbourne qualified for the UEFA Cup, Derry City qualified for the Cup Winners’ Cup, and Bohemians qualified for the Intertoto Cup. The top scorer was John Caulfield of Cork City with 16 goals.
