1978 Queen's Club Championships – Doubles
Bob Hewitt and Frew McMillan won the doubles title at the 1978 Queen's Club Championships, defeating Fred McNair and Raúl Ramírez 6–2, 7–5 in the final. The defending champions Anand Amritraj and Vijay Amritraj were knocked out in the second round by Hewitt and McMillan. The doubles draw featured 32 teams.
