The 1944 United States Senate election in Florida was held on November 7, 1944. Incumbent Democrat Claude Pepper easily won re-election to a second full term, defeating Republican Miles H. Draper. Pepper received 335,685 votes (71.28%), and Draper received 135,258 votes (28.72%). Primary elections were held on May 2, 1944.
