2005–06 Duke Blue Devils men's basketball team
The 2005–06 Duke Blue Devils men’s basketball team represented Duke University. They played their home games at Cameron Indoor Stadium in Durham, North Carolina, as members of the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC). Coached by Mike Krzyzewski in his 26th season, the team went 32–4 overall and 14–2 in ACC play. They won both the ACC regular-season title and the ACC tournament, and also captured the NIT Season Tip-Off championship. In the NCAA tournament, Duke reached the Sweet Sixteen. The team was ranked No. 1 in the AP poll and No. 7 in the Coaches poll. Notable star: JJ Redick set the NCAA career record for three-pointers made.
