An election to the Llandeilo Rural District Council was held in April 1910. It followed the 1907 election and preceded the 1913 election. About half the seats were filled unopposed. The councillors elected to the Rural District Council also became members of the Llandeilo Board of Guardians, and David Thomas was re-elected thanks to the returning officer's casting vote. All District Council members also served as Guardians.

Three Guardians were elected to represent the Llandeilo Urban District, and a further three Guardians were elected to represent the Ammanford Urban District, which also fell under the Guardians' remit. All three sitting Guardians were re-elected, although Henry Herbert, who had served 25 years, won only a narrow victory over a Labour candidate.
