1888 Crescent Athletic Club football team
The 1888 Crescent Athletic Club football team represented the Crescent Athletic Club in the American Football Union during the 1888 season. They finished 6–2 overall, 6–0 in the AFU, and won the AFU championship. Captain: W. Ford. Home games were played at Crescent Athletic Grounds in Brooklyn. The team was also known as the Brooklyn Football Club and used that name in games against the Alerts of New York on October 20 and against Flushing Athletic Club on October 27.
