Štěpán Kodeda (5 February 1988 – 30 March 2015) was a Czech orienteer and two-time junior world champion. He was born in Plzeň, Czechoslovakia.

In 2007, he became Junior World Champion in the relay in Dubbo, Australia, teaming up with Jan Beneš and Adam Chromý. In 2008, he won the sprint title at the Junior World Championships in Gothenburg, Sweden. He competed for several clubs during his career, including Swedish club IFK Mora (2005–2010), Finnish club MS Parma (from 2010), Czech Sportcentrum Jičín (from 2006), and Spain’s Club Esportiu Farra-O (from 2009). His teams achieved notable results, such as seventh place in Tiomila Relay 2008, where he ran the first leg for the Dalarna team.

At the senior level, Kodeda’s best World Championship results were 18th place in the sprint final in Savoie, France (2011) and 18th in the long distance in Vuokatti, Finland (2013). He died in Prague on 30 March 2015 after a traffic accident.
