Átila Abreu
Átila Abreu is a Brazilian racing driver born on May 10, 1987, in Sorocaba. He currently competes in the Stock Car Pro Series for Pole Motorsport, driving car number 51.
He started in karting in 1996 and moved to car racing in 2003 with Formula BMW ADAC at Team Rosberg, finishing ninth overall and runner-up in the Rookie Cup with two podiums. In 2004 he raced for ADAC Mittelrhein e.V. and finished as runner-up with two wins. In 2005 he stepped up to the Formula 3 Euro Series with Mücke Motorsport, finishing 15th.
After racing in Europe, he returned to Brazil to compete in Stock Car Brasil. In 2008 he raced in Stock Car V8 with JF Racing and finished eighth. In 2010 he won his first Stock Car race. In 2017 he made his Stadium Super Trucks debut at the Detroit Grand Prix, becoming the first Brazilian in the series; he drove the No. 51 truck.
Stock Car Pro Series career stats include 238 starts, 17 wins, 10 poles and 4 fastest laps. His FIA racing license was Gold until 2022 and Silver from 2023 onward.
