Zuleykha Safarova (Azerbaijani: Züleyxa Səfərova) is an Azerbaijani tennis player born on 27 November 1999. She made her WTA main-draw debut at the 2015 Baku Cup with a wildcard in singles, losing in the first round to Oleksandra Korashvili. She also played doubles that year with Amine Dik. Safarova has represented Azerbaijan in international competitions since 2011 and was the Azerbaijani national champion in 2013 and 2014. She competed in the 2017 Islamic Solidarity Games. In 2021, she made her Billie Jean King Cup debut for Azerbaijan in the Europe/Africa Zone Group III.
