Donald Zorol Barthley (born 10 May 1966 in Antigua) is a former West Indies cricket player and cricket administrator. He was the West Indies Under-19 captain and a batsman who played for Antigua & Barbuda, the Leeward Islands, and the West Indian U-19 team, and he captained the West Indies at the youth level.

After his playing days, he moved into management. He served as president of the Antigua Barbuda Cricket Association, vice-president of the Leeward Islands Cricket Association, and Chief Cricket Operations Officer of the West Indies Cricket Board. He also was Chairman/CEO of PIC Insurance Co. Ltd.

Today, he runs his own company, DizzyB Enterprises Ltd, which handles real estate sales and development, international logistics management, group destination tours, and sports tourism management. He is married to Molvie (Joseph) Barthley, and they have three sons: Dario, Dajun, and Dajari. Dario is a youth footballer who was selected for Antigua Under-15 and played in the CFU CONCACAF Caribbean Youth Cup in 2007.
