Zhang Baoshun (张宝顺; born February 27, 1950) is a retired Chinese politician. He served as the Party Secretary of Anhui Province from 2010 to 2015, and before that as the Party Secretary of Shanxi Province from 2005 to 2010, after serving as Governor of Shanxi from 2004 to 2005. Earlier in his career, he was Vice President of the Xinhua News Agency (1993–2001) and President of the All-China Youth Federation (1991–1993).

Born in Qinhuangdao, Hebei, Zhang joined the Chinese Communist Party in 1971 and began his career in the Qinhuangdao harbor administration. He later worked for the Communist Youth League and rose through its ranks, studying Marxism through Renmin University by correspondence and earning a master’s degree from Jilin University while on the job.

Zhang was a member of the CCP’s 14th Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, an alternate member of the 16th Central Committee, and a full member of the 17th and 18th Central Committees. In Shanxi, he led the CCP Shanxi committee and chaired the Shanxi People's Congress from 2006. In 2011 he was elected secretary of the Anhui Provincial Committee of the Chinese Communist Party, a role he held until his retirement in 2015 at age 65.
