Thelema is an EP by the Murder City Devils, released on September 4, 2001, by Sub Pop Records. It’s their last release of all-new material before they broke up later that year. Singer Spencer Moody has said it was "really my favorite stuff overall." To promote the EP, the band toured in October 2001, even after their keyboardist Leslie Hardy left suddenly. Thelema was reissued on vinyl on February 17, 2009. The EP runs 20 minutes and 59 seconds.

Critics noted its short length but wide range. AllMusic’s reviewer said it covers a lot of ground for a short release. Some fans were unhappy because the EP features catchier hooks and more complex song structures than their earlier work. In 2003, Pitchfork’s Amanda Petrusich commented that the EP includes decent melodies and more attention to instrumentation and structure than the band’s previous albums.
