Zadnja Vas is a tiny village in the Radovljica Municipality in Slovenia’s Upper Carniola region. It sits about 624 meters above sea level and has 30 residents (as of 2023). The village is near Radovljica town.

Historically, it was called Oberdorf in 1436. It was later known in Slovene as Sveta Lucija (Saint Lucy) until 1955, when the name was changed to Zadnja vas to remove religious elements from place names. “Zadnja vas” means “last/upper village,” echoing the nearby Srednja Vas (“middle village”).

The local church is dedicated to Saint Lucy. It is first mentioned in 1464 and was rebuilt in the 17th century, when a decorative architrave of local green volcanic stone was added. The church was previously dedicated to Saint Judoc.
