Yoshiyoshi Arakawa (荒川 良々) was born Yoshitomo Arakawa (荒川 良友) on January 18, 1974, in Ogi, Saga Prefecture, Japan. He is a Japanese actor represented by the agency Otona Keikaku. He graduated from Ryukoku High School, and his parents run a drapery shop.

Arakawa began acting in 1999 and has appeared in many films, TV dramas, and advertisements. He is known for his distinctive, round-faced look and his individual acting style. He used the stage name Jozu Arakawa in the past but later changed the kanji to match his real name; both names are managed by Otona Keikaku and were chosen by Suzuki Matsuo.

He had his first leading role in the film Fine, Totally Fine (2008) and has also appeared in the TV drama Amachan.
