Yonekura Masanaga (February 21, 1793 – May 7, 1863) was the 7th daimyo of Mutsuura Domain in southern Musashi Province, now part of Yokohama, Kanagawa. He was the 10th head of the Yonekura clan, and his court title was Tango-no-kami. He was the third son of Kutsuki Masatsuna of Fukuchiyama Domain.

In 1812, after the 6th daimyo, Yonekura Masanori, died, Masanaga was adopted into the Yonekura family. In June 1812, he was confirmed as daimyo by Shogun Tokugawa Ienari. As a lord, he performed ceremonial duties guarding gates to Edo Castle.

On June 24, 1860, he handed the leadership to his sixth son, Yonekura Masakoto, and retired. He died on May 7, 1863, at age 70. His grave is at Hase-dera temple in Shibuya, Tokyo.

Masanaga had six sons and two daughters with his official wife, a daughter of Manabe Akihiro, daimyō of Sabae Domain. He also had two sons and two daughters with a concubine, the daughter of Itakura Katsunaga, daimyō of Fukushima Domain in Mutsu Province.
