Bellator MMA x Rizin 2 and Super Rizin 2 was a mixed martial arts event co-promoted by Bellator MMA and the Rizin Fighting Federation. It took place on July 30, 2023, at the Saitama Super Arena in Saitama, Japan. This was the second Bellator–Rizin co-promotion and Bellator’s third trip to Saitama (after Bellator MMA vs. Rizin in 2022 and Bellator 237 in 2019).

The planned headliner was a Bellator Lightweight World Grand Prix quarterfinal between A. J. McKee and Patricky Pitbull. McKee pulled out on July 26 due to medical issues and was replaced by Roberto de Souza at a 161-pound catchweight.

The co-main event featured the first Bellator Flyweight Championship bout between Kyoji Horiguchi and Makoto Takahashi. If Horiguchi won, he would have become the fourth Bellator fighter to win titles in two divisions.

A vacant Rizin Bantamweight Championship bout was scheduled between Juan Archuleta and Kai Asakura. However, Asakura withdrew with an injury and was replaced by Hiromasa Ougikubo. Horiguchi had vacated the Bantamweight title in December to move down to flyweight.
