Xylorycta haplochroa
Xylorycta haplochroa is a moth in the Xyloryctidae family. It was described by Alfred Jefferis Turner in 1898 and is found in Australia, specifically New South Wales and Queensland. The males have a wingspan of 22–25 mm, while females are about 31 mm wide. The forewings are mostly whitish with some grey scales and are grey below the fold. There is a grey dot on the fold below the middle, and there may be one or two dots in the disc at about two-thirds of the wing. The hindwings are grey-whitish. This species has also been called Lichenaula haplochroa and Lichenaula umbrosa.
