Westwood is a neighbourhood in East Kilbride, a Scottish new town. It was mentioned by Roddy Frame of Aztec Camera in the song “Somewhere In My Heart,” which includes the line “From Westwood to Hollywood, … the closest thing to heaven is rock and roll.”

Westwood has one secondary school, which was the first new secondary school built under South Lanarkshire Council’s Schools Modernisation programme, near the site of the old building. There are two primary schools: East Milton Primary on Vancouver Drive and Canberra Primary on Belmont Drive. The area has a parade of shops at Westwood Square. Westwood is also home to Westwood Amateur Football Club, which plays in the Strathclyde Saturday Morning Amateur Football League.
