XHEIM-FM

XHEIM-FM is a Saltillo, Coahuila radio station on 91.3 FM. It is owned by Capital Media and operated by Grupo Región as Región 91.3 FM, airing Regional Mexican music.

The station began as XEIM-AM 810 kHz, with its concession granted on October 1, 1986. It later moved to the FM band and adopted the XHEIM-FM callsign. Over the years it has changed owners and brands, including periods with Grupo ACIR, Radiorama, and Voler. It migrated to FM in 2011 and its transmitter was relocated in 2016. In 2019 it was rebranded La Loca under Capital, and in 2020 the format shifted from grupera to romantic music. Later that year, Capital formed Grupo Región to operate its Coahuila stations. Today XHEIM-FM continues as Región 91.3 FM with Regional Mexican programming.
