WorldNow was a New York-based software company that built a cloud-based media platform for broadcasters and media companies. Its system helped users create, manage, analyze, monetize, and distribute text, images, and videos across websites, mobile apps, OTT services, and on-air systems. The platform combined web content management, IP video management and delivery, analytics, social features, and advertising in a single SaaS solution. It could be licensed as a standalone product or as a fully integrated system, with APIs and SDKs for custom workflows.

Its customers included CBS, Cox Media Group, Dispatch, Fox Television, Meredith Corporation, Media General, and Raycom Media.

In August 2015, WorldNow was acquired by Frankly for about $45 million in cash and stock; Frankly later became part of Nexstar Media Group. WorldNow's products included web content management, online video, OTT, cross-platform media logistics, mobile web and apps, and advertising monetization.
