Wonseo-dong
Wonseo-dong is a neighborhood in Jongno District, Seoul, South Korea. It is a legal dong administered by the administrative district of Gahoe-dong. Wonseo-dong lies between Changdeokgung Palace and Bukchon Hanok Village, where traditional hanok houses cluster. Some hanok have become cafes, restaurants, studios, workshops, or shops for indie and designer brands. The area has a calm, traditional feel and is a popular spot for filming K-dramas. The neighborhood also has a Joseon-era laundry site where maids did laundry. Wonseo-dong is one of the Bukchon 8 Views, a tourist route to eight scenic spots in the village.
