The William Morgan House is a historic brick house in Beaver, Utah, located at 110 W. 600 North. Built in 1910, it features a vernacular design with Queen Anne influences, including irregular massing, gables with decorative shingles, and full return cornices. The bricks are laid in common bond on a black rock foundation. The house was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on April 15, 1983, as part of the Beaver Multiple Resource Area. It represents a transitional period between traditional vernacular architecture and the higher styles that became common in Beaver after 1915. The property covers less than one acre and has NRHP reference number 83004409.
