Rezaul Karim Rehan
Rezaul Karim Rehan (born 6 September 1968 in Sylhet) is a retired Bangladeshi footballer who played as a defender, mainly as a center-back or right-back. He stood 1.86 meters tall and began his career at the AMCA Academy in Golapganj, Sylhet, progressing from local football to the national stage.
Club career
- He played for Muktijoddha Sangsad KC (1985–1987, 1988–1989) where he helped the team win the league title in 1988–89 and reach the Asian Club Championship semi-finals—the first Bangladeshi club to do so.
- He also played for Dhaka Mohammedan (1988–1989) and Dhaka Abahani (1989–1993), winning league titles with Abahani in 1989 and 1992, along with the BTC Club Cup final against East Bengal.
- He had a stint with Kolkata Mohammedan in 1991.
International career
- Rehan captained the Bangladesh U19 team in 1988.
- He made his senior international debut on 19 February 1989 in a World Cup qualifier against Thailand.
- He represented Bangladesh at the 1989 South Asian Games, the 1990 Asian Games, and the 1991 South Asian Games.
- He was sent off in World Cup qualifiers twice—against China (1990) and against Japan (1993)—and his international career ended later in 1993.
