William H. Bailey (born December 4, 1962) is an American politician and a Republican who serves in the South Carolina House of Representatives, representing the 104th district. He has been in office since November 12, 2018, after defeating Greg Duckworth. He was born in Conway, South Carolina, and holds degrees from Horry-Georgetown Technical College (A.D.), Coastal Carolina University (B.A.), and Webster University (M.S.).

In 2021, Bailey announced a bid for Congress in South Carolina’s 7th district against Tom Rice, who faced a Republican primary challenge for voting to impeach President Donald Trump. In 2022, Bailey chose not to run for Congress and instead ran for re-election to the South Carolina House, winning unopposed.
