Widen Enterprises Inc. is a Madison, Wisconsin-based technology company that designs and provides digital asset management (DAM) and product information management (PIM) software, along with related services. It was founded in 1948 by Arthur and Emily Widen as Widen Engraving Co., a plate-engraving business for newspapers. Over the decades, the company adapted to new technologies: in 1960 it expanded into prepress work, turning photos, logos and copy into catalogs and ads and began using film negatives, later changing its name to Widen Colorgraphics Ltd. In 1985, under Mark Widen, the firm focused on color scanning and printing. As digital technology progressed, the company embraced digital methods and established an internal research and development department.

Matthew Gonnering became CEO in 2009 and steered Widen toward a software-as-a-service model, building a cloud-based DAM and PIM platform and offering services to help customers implement and use the software. In September 2021, Widen Enterprises was acquired by Acquia and now operates as part of the Acquia Digital Experience platform.
